How to play
One song every day0 to 3 months · about 2 minutes
You need: nothing at all.
- Pick one short song or rhyme you know well.
- Sing it at the same moment each day, like every diaper change or before a nap.
- Sing slowly and look at your baby while you sing.
- After a few weeks, watch for signs they know it: a smile, a kick, going still.
Builds: language and talking and social and emotional. A song that comes back every day becomes something your baby knows and looks forward to.
