You need: nothing at all.

  1. Take off your baby's socks.
  2. Say the rhyme "This little piggy went to market", touching one toe for each line.
  3. On the last line, run your fingers up their leg: "Wee, wee, wee, all the way home!"
  4. Do the other foot, and watch them start to expect the tickle.

Builds: language and talking and social and emotional. A rhyme with a tickle at the end teaches your baby to listen for what comes next.
