When should I introduce peanut and egg to my baby?
US guidance from NIAID, which the AAP follows, is to introduce peanut foods early rather than put them off, in a safe form and not whole peanuts, once your baby has started solids. If your baby has severe eczema or an egg allergy, talk with your pediatrician before offering peanut. They can tell you when and how.
